Management units
The Research Management Office is configured as the Research Results Transfer Office. It acts as a link between the center's researchers, companies and the rest of the entities in the R&D&I system and serves as a channel for collaboration between the CCUN and the local, national and international socioeconomic environment.
Project management
The CCUN Transfer Office has extensive experience in the management of both national and international projects. It provides support to the researcher in applying for competitive funding proposals, as well as in budgeting and justification of competitive grants.

Valorization and Technology Transfer
The Valorization and Technology Transfer area helps researchers to identify possible synergies with companies, facilitating their collaboration in the form of agreements and participation in research projects.

Intellectual and Industrial Property
The Intellectual and Industrial Property area provides general advice on copyright and related rights; assists in the drafting of contracts; and ensures compliance with procedures in accordance with national and international legislation.

This area is responsible for identifying and implementing strategic and operational improvement projects in the Cancer Center, as well as providing all the necessary support to the clinical and research areas in their management processes.

The Cancer Center's Communication Area elaborates and executes the internal and external communication strategy of the center: it reinforces the unity and cohesion of the CCUN's professionals through bidirectional communication channels; and makes the CCUN's projects and medical and scientific contributions visible to society.

The Clínica Universidad de Navarra has a Quality Service, a structural and functional unit that integrates and coordinates the people and means necessary to provide clinical care of the highest quality and safety. It ensures quality throughout the hospital in order to provide the best care and obtain patient satisfaction.
The Quality Service and the Cancer Center have formed a permanent joint commission composed of the Clinic's quality director, the Cancer Center's executive director, the Cancer Center's nursing area director and a delegate from the Clinic's Quality Service. This committee ensures the integration of the Cancer Center's specific standards with the general quality standards established for the Clinic as a whole.
The Cancer Center's executive management is responsible for implementing the quality and safety objectives and improvements derived from the analysis of the Center's risks and results.

Research Ethics
The mission of the Research Ethics Committee of the Universidad de Navarra (CEI) is to ensure compliance with ethical principles in research involving human subjects. The IRB is competent for the evaluation of research projects to be carried out in all centers dependent on the Universidad de Navarra and has been accredited by the General Directorate of Health of the Government of Navarra since 2011.
Ethics Committee for Animal Experimentation
Since 1998, the Universidad de Navarra has had an Ethics Committee for Animal Experimentation as an organ of obligatory consultation before using animals for experimentation or practice in all the centers of the University. The Committee is a body authorized by the Government of Navarra.
